POLICIES
I love all of my clients at Rachel's Beauty Room, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my little Beauty Salon.
That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.
Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
✨ Please do not come early or late as appointment times are strict.
I need to clean the room down after each client & need time to ensure this is done thoroughly. If you arrive early, please wait until your car & I will come to collect you.
✨ Please give me 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice may result in you being charged the full price of the treatment.
✨ Please don’t use your phone whilst having any sort of manicure appointment, it makes it extremely hard for me to do your treatment if you are texting, calling, scrolling etc and increases the chances of your nail service not lasting as long as it should if you are touching things after your nails have been prepped, it also encourages dust and fluff to attach itself to the polish which can create lumps & bumps which spoil the finish of your nails.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with me. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or pop me a message letting me know.If you don’t let me know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, there may be a charge of the full cost of your treatment. All of my cancellation terms are agreed to upon booking online so please ensure you have read that section carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.Thank you.
