Booking Policies

Here at Rachels Beauty Room, I want everyone to feel comfortable knowing that they are getting a 1 to 1 service with me when they come for their treatment.

This is why it is imperative that you arrive on time only for your appointment so as not to disturb others during their treatment time.

If you arrive early and I am still with a client, you may be asked to wait outside.

 

​Rachels Beauty Room operates with a booking system in which you can book appointments at dates & times that suit you with a 50% upfront fee to secure your booking.

Some treatments require payment in full upfront if you are booking treatment courses.

Your 50% fee comes off of your total treatment cost on the day that you attend your appointment unless you do not give the required notice.

I require 48 hours notice to fill your appointment slot.

If you do not give the required notice, the 50% fee is forfeited and the remaining balance of your appointment will then be due.

You will not be able to re-book another appointment until this balance is paid.
